KIA'S best selling c'eed gets a new look for 2010 and a new ECO model has been be added to the range.
The already excellent three and five door hatch has been completely re-engineered and restyled according to the company.
Comprehensively updated, it will offer a wide range of enhancements including exterior and interior design, upgraded equipment and technical innovation.
It also gets a fully-revised suspension set-up but since the original one was so good, this worries me a little. Sometimes designers change things for the sake of it and actually make them worse.
The new models will have significantly reduced fuel consumption and in the new stop and go ECO-dynamics version emissions are down to 110g/km. On average emissions will be cut by five per cent across the line-up.
Technical innovations include fuel-stretching technology on the 1.6-litre diesel, a 'hill-holder' function for the ESP and brighter projection-style headlamps.
A new 1.6-litre diesel will be matched to a six-speed manual for the first time.
Interior
A thoroughly revised interior includes a new-style steering wheel and gear lever, all-red instrument illumination, new centre console and new audio.
Dual-zone climate control becomes standard and of course it has the best warranty you can get - a massive seven years.
